Every great structure starts with a foundation that is invisible to the eye but essential to its survival.

I didn’t learn this in a boardroom; I learned it on construction sites and in manual trades. In that world, if a foundation is off by an inch at the base, the roof will be off by a foot. There is no room for close enough. I brought that blueprint mindset with me into the corporate world, where I spent over 20 years managing multi-billion dollar mergers & acquisitions, $100M + portfolios, and high-stakes technical transformations for fortune 300 companies.

I realized that whether you are pouring concrete or migrating multiple disparate systems into a single source of truth, the challenge is the same: managing complexity with absolute integrity. I founded PNW Cornerstone Consulting to be the structural engineer for organizations that have the talent and the vision, but struggle with the operational framework to reach their next level.
